3. A butterfly valve is usually used for pipelines of a temperature below 300℃ and nominal pressure below PN40. Because of the limitation of the structure and sealing material of the butterfly valve, it is not suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines.
4. A butterfly valve is applicable for places which require short structure length or pipelines with a size over DN1000, because the structure length of the butterfly valve is relatively short, and it can be made into a large diameter.
5. A butterfly valve is used for occasions that require fast opening and closing because it can be opened or closed by only rotating 90°.
The application of the butterfly valve

The soft-seal eccentric butterfly valve is suitable for the two-way opening, closing and adjustment of ventilation and dust removal pipelines. It is widely used in gas pipelines and waterways in metallurgy, light industry, electric power, and petrochemical systems.
A metal-to-metal line sealing double eccentric butterfly valve is suitable for urban heating, steam, water and gas, oil products, acid-base pipelines, as a regulating and intercepting device.
In addition to being used as a large-scale pressure swing adsorption (PSA) gas separation device program control valve, the metal-to-metal seal triple eccentric butterfly valve can also be widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, electric power and other fields. It is a substitute for a gate valve, a globe valve and other valves.
