The most economical and reliable way to solve the valve leakage and prolong its service life is to repair and maintain it regularly and rigorously by scientific methods.

For preventive maintenance of valves, it is recommended to inject special cleaning fluid through the grease injection nipple of valves to clean, soften, remove impurities and lubricate the valves. Then, according to the actual situation, evaluate the sealing performance, deformation degree, etc. of the valve, and judge whether the sealing grease needs to be injected.
