Structural features of electric PVC ball valves

The electric PVC ball valve, belonging to the quick opening & closing valve, has a simple structure, a small size, light weight, small driving torque, etc. It is used to cut off or adjust the medium in the pipeline, and has good sealing performance.

The valve seat has good sealing. And the seal capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the working pressure of the ambient medium.

The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, making the stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time. And PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication and little friction loss with the ball, making a long service life of the ball valve.


Electric PVC ball valve installation

To ensure that the mounting position of electric PVC ball valves is coaxial, the two flanges on the pipeline should be kept parallel. Make sure that the pipeline can bear the weight of the ball valve itself. If it is found that the pipeline cannot bear the weight of the ball valve, corresponding support should be provided for the pipeline before valve installation.

The sealing gasket should be installed between the electric PVC flanged ball valve and the pipe flange according to pipe design requirements. Bolts on flanges should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.

Remove the protective covers at both ends of the valve, check whether the valve body is clean, and clean the body cavity. Because the sealing surface of the electric ball valve is spherical, and even small debris may damage the sealing surface.
